Delete Your PingMe Account

PingMe is a private, end-to-end encrypted messaging app. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

How to delete your account (in-app)

  1. Open the PingMe app and log in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Enter your PIN to confirm.
  4. Tap Delete my account.

What happens next:

  • Your account is deactivated immediately.
  • Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted after 30 days.
  • You can log back in within 30 days to restore your account and cancel the deletion.
  • After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

What data is deleted

Upon permanent deletion, we remove your account profile, phone number, contact list, message cover text and metadata stored on our servers, and any uploaded media. Because PingMe uses end-to-end encryption, your true message content is never stored in readable form on our servers to begin with — decryption keys never leave your device.

No app access?

If you're unable to access the app to complete deletion in-app, contact us at sms-it-service@simu-l.com with the phone number associated with your account, and we will process the deletion request manually within 30 days.
